Ladies and Gentlemen, We meant to share this with the board at yesterday’s meeting but in all of the excitement and discussion we forgot. Back in June First Presbyterian Church donated $10,000 to our Pathway of Hope initiative which engages families with children to break the cycle of intergenerational poverty. Dear Friends in Christ, As if you needed the reminder, the Delta Variant has made it clear that we are not yet finished dealing with Covid. Many organizations, from business to schools to churches, are again scrambling to figure out what is the safest and best way to adjust their plans in the short-term. “Should This Sermon Make Us Happy” Summer 2021

Beginning the week of June 7, 2021, Dr. Shelton will be doing a study of Jesus’ famous “Sermon on the Mount”, as recorded in Matthew.
