Breakfast Ministry Update

January 22, 2021
Our breakfast bag ministry continues to serve 60-80 of our neighbors each Saturday and Sunday.  We are grateful to our church and community for continuing to support this ministry, as well as for donating blankets and warm weather gear during the winter months.  A special shout out goes to Will Lively, who is raising money for the ministry by cutting and selling firewood, and who has donated LOTS of socks, gloves, and hats to our neighbors in need.  As you are able, please continue to drop off blankets, HotHands warmers, scarves, socks, gloves, and hats in the white barrel under the breezeway–we are going through our week’s supply of donations almost every weekend, and your generosity is truly appreciated by the recipients of these gifts.  Also, if you would like to volunteer on a Saturday or Sunday morning, please email, text, or call Sarah Good at sar4680@gmail.com or 423-967-3148–we would love for everyone to share in the joy this ministry brings!
