FPC Donates to the Salvation Army of Kingsport
Ladies and Gentlemen, We meant to share this with the board at yesterday’s meeting but in all of the excitement and discussion we forgot. Back in June First Presbyterian Church donated $10,000 to our Pathway of Hope initiative which engages families with children to break the cycle of intergenerational poverty. Beginning the week of June 7, 2021, Dr. Shelton will be doing a study of Jesus’ famous “Sermon on the Mount”, as recorded in Matthew. Lemonade on the Lawn
Please join us for lemonade and homemade cookies on Sunday’s (May 23, May 30, June 6 and June 13) after worship at 12:00 p.m. This will be outside as you exit to the church parking lot.
Mask Mandate Lifted for Worship
Beginning this Sunday, May 30, you will no longer be required to wear a mask for Worship. It will be your personal choice as to whether you wear a mask or not.
